Shipping & Delivery
If the item is in stock, we aim to dispatch within 3 working days of receiving payment. Most orders will be sent by Royal Mail. Please note that Royal Mail is not meeting its 24 hour and 48 hour deadlines so PLEASE allow at least one full week from confirmation of shipment before contacting us.
When ordering, please leave instructions for the courier if you are unlikely to be there to sign for your delivery. When in Your Cart, click on "Add a note to your order".
| What happens if I'm not at home for the courier? |
| If there is a possibility that you won't be at home to receive your order from the courier, please make sure you have given the courier a "safe place", you can do this via tracking your order. Alternatively, we will deliver to a family member, neighbour or place of work if it is more convenient for you. In this case, please ensure you use the alternative address, or instructions, when placing your order. When in Your Cart, click on "Add a note to your order". If no-one is available to accept your order, the courier will post a card to explain how you can arrange re-delivery or collection. |

We currently deliver to the UK, EUROPE (not all countries) and the USA and Canada. DELIVERY CHARGES Mainland UK order value up to £50.00 - £4.50 Standard Delivery
Mainland UK only orders over £50.00 FREE DELIVERY
Mainland UK only 0.1kg - 6kg - £25.00 Express delivery including Saturday delivery
NORTHERN IRELAND - For orders to a BT postcode, please email your order to info@pro-canine.com and we will forward you a proforma invoice including shipping.
EUROPE
For the time being we can only ship items with a total weight of up to 1.7kg to Europe. Orders to Europe are shipped at a flat fee of £15.00 via Royal Mail International Tracked.
CANADA & USA
We currently have a maximum weight of 1.7kg for orders to Canada and the USA (excluding California) at a flat rate of £25.00 by Royal Mail International Tracked.
